Acknowledgement
We celebrate the lands and waters that give us life; into which stories, songs, ancestors and dreamings of First Nations
peoples are woven. We pay our respects to all First Nations people, past and present, for their generosity and custodianship
of Country.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, on whose land Message Stick was developed.
Message Stick is the result of countless hours of hard work, collaboration, and innovation by ACCHO organisations across Victoria, which without their wisdom and knowledge would not have been possible.
As we embrace Message Stick and all the opportunities it presents, we acknowledge the responsibility to create a culturally safe and vibrant digital community, one that fosters connection between groups and individuals, and honours the values, culture, and heritage of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Amodha Ratnayeke Tribute
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that this site may contain images, voices and video of deceased persons.
On Tuesday 15th September, the Wominjeka team travelled to Infoxchange to pay tribute to a very special friend of the project, Amodha Ratnayeke.
In honor of Amodha, Jim O’Shea, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, VACCHO shared some special words as VACCHO presented the Dreamtime Sisters artwork to Infoxchange.
